Exchange & Return Window

We offer a 14-day exchange or return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed: Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Original packaging: Tags must be attached and items returned in their original Beastr packaging.

Exchange Fees

We want you to find the perfect fit! If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a discounted exchange rate:

  • Exchange for a different size: 50 EGP (covers the courier trip)
  • Defective or wrong item received: FREE – we cover all shipping costs if we made a mistake

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us via Instagram DM (@beastrwear) or email support@beastrwear.com with your order number and the new size you need
  2. We will arrange an exchange shipment with Bosta
  3. The courier will arrive with your new item and pick up the old one at the same time – you just pay the 50 EGP exchange fee to the courier

Refunds (Returns Without Exchange)

If you prefer to return the item for a full refund:

  • The courier will pick up the item from you
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the item price
  • Please note: The original shipping cost(89EGP) is non-refundable
