This website is operated by Beastr. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Beastr. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Accuracy of Products & Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Sizing: Please refer to our size charts before ordering. We are not responsible for fit issues if the size chart was ignored, though we do offer exchanges (see our Refund Policy).

Pricing and Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose COD, you agree to pay the full amount upon delivery.
  • No "Open Package" Policy: By placing an order, you acknowledge that couriers are not authorized to allow opening of packages before payment. Inspection of the product can only be done after payment is made.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled via a third-party courier (Bosta). Any delivery dates provided are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, though we will assist in tracking your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Exchanges for sizing issues are subject to a 50 EGP shipping fee
  • Returns are subject to a non-refundable shipping fee of 100 EGP

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Beastr and protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
