Shipping Courier

All orders are shipped via Bosta. We have chosen them to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Shipping Rates

We offer a simple, flat shipping rate for all orders:

• Standard Shipping: 50EGP (all governorates)

Delivery Timelines

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once picked up by the courier, estimated delivery times are:

• Cairo & Alexandria: 24–48 hours
• Delta & Canal Cities: 2–3 business days
• Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–5 business days

Cash on Delivery & Inspection

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Important: Packages cannot be opened before payment
• Couriers are not authorized to wait for you to try on items
• If you have any concerns about sizing after receiving your order, please refer to our Exchange & Return Policy

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the Bosta website or app to see exactly when it will arrive.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Bosta will attempt delivery 3 times. If the courier cannot reach you, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your phone number is active and you are available to answer calls from the courier.
